All quotes provided are valid for a limited period and are subject to change if project scope, materials, or requirements are modified. Any additional work not included in the original quote will be charged separately.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly outlined on invoices. Full or partial payment may be required before, during, or after completion of work depending on the agreed terms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation may be charged to the client.

5. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our services as per industry standards. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the scope of the agreed work.

7. Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the worksite. Any delays caused due to restricted access or unsafe conditions may affect project timelines.
